The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving growth, strenghening relationships with cruise line customers and suppliers, and supporting our internal supply chain departments.
this individual will be responsible for managing bids, negotiating with suppliers,and leading new initiatives that expand our product offerings and increase sales.

Key Responsabilities

• Prepare and submit cruise line bids accurately and on time.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers to maximize margins
• Manage relationships and resolve issues with suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cruise line customers, ensuring strong relationships and excellent service.
• Provide clear direction and coordination to procurement, customer service and operations teams.
• Help resolve account-related issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop new business opportunities, including exploring categories that drive revenue growth.
