Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, wealth management firms, family offices, and other referral partners.
- Stay updated on global residency, citizenship-by-investment, and real estate investment programs.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client consultations and present investment migration and residency solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from lead generation to deal closure.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Background in Immigration, Golden Visa, Citizenship by Investment, Residency by Investment, or Real Estate industries.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, or Sales.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience dealing with investors, high-net-worth individuals, or corporate clients is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Multilingual is a plus
