The Business Development Manager ISV (integrated software vendor) will be a key player in the development of Nexi Group (Nets)’ operation in Norway. ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are looking for a Business Development Manager ISV to our team with solid experience and a proven track record in fostering and managing strategic relationships with ISVs to drive growth. This role is essential to drive growth, business development and strategic partnerships with ISVs.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and engage potential ISV partners
  • Partner Relationship Management: Maintain relationships and ensure strong collaboration
  • Product alignment and Integration: Work closely with ISVs s to ensure product alignment
  • Sales Enablement & Support: Enable sales teams with resources, tools and knowledge
  • Contract Negotiations and Legal Compliance: Work closely with legal team
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor KPIs and analyze performance
  • Marketing and Branding Initiatives: Coordinate with marketing teams and support partners
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, legal
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through partnerships and maximize opportunities

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • An academic degree within e.g., strategy, finance or economics, preferably a Master
  • +5 years of experience in Business Development, Partner Management, Sales, or Channel Development in the technology industry
  • Experience in forging technology partnerships or managing channel alliances
  • Experience in the software industry/ ISV ecosystem and will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Competence in Power BI and HubSpot
  • Fluent and Norwegian and Englis
