ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This key position will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth in Italy by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence in both local markets. You will be based in either Milan or Paris, with regular travel between the two cities.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within a fast-growing Tech/SaaS sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing new business and achieving revenue targets.

SKILLS:

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in Europe, particularly in Italy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required.
