Our client a leading IT Logistics company are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce software for managing leads and client relationships is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Utilise Salesforce software to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales performance.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation and expand professional connections.
