This role requires someone who is organized, persuasive, and naturally good at communication. Responsibilities Admissions & Revenue Growth Drive student enrollments and achieve monthly admission targets. Convert walk-ins and inquiries into confirmed admissions. Conduct center tours and clearly explain programs to parents. Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads. Parent Relationship Management Establish trust-based relationships with parents. Address queries, concerns, and feedback professionally. Ensure high parent satisfaction and retention. Business Development Identify partnership opportunities with schools, activity centers, and local communities. Plan and execute outreach activities, tie-ups, and promotional events. Generate new leads through online and offline channels. Sales & Communication Maintain a structured sales pipeline and daily follow-up tracker. Handle WhatsApp, calls, and in-person inquiries promptly. Share timely updates on batches, workshops, and new programs. Operations Support Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Assist in planning workshops, events, and seasonal programs. Monitor batch utilization and recommend new batches when needed. Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate records of inquiries, conversions, and revenue. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Track competitor offerings and market trends. Requirements 1–4 years of experience in sales, admissions, counseling, or business development Prior experience in the education sector or learning centers is an added advantage Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking systems Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred) Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions Proven sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust Confident, resilient, and adaptable in fast-paced, target-driven environments Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate with teams Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events when required Personality & Cultural Fit Warm, patient, and approachable, especially with children Genuine interest in working around kids and contributing to a positive learning environment Creative thinker with the ability to suggest innovative ideas for programs and parent engagement High emotional intelligence to handle parents and children calmly and professionally Energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Ownership-driven with a strong sense of initiative Benefits Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
