Johnnie Fox’s Pub, one of Ireland’s most iconic and historic venues, is seeking a motivated and commercially focused Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in hospitality and a proven track record in driving business growth through strategic planning and commercial execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business development or commercial role, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and revenue management
• Experience working with CRM platforms and client databases
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Develop new client relationships and proactively build on our existing CRM system
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Deliver against agreed KPIs and sales targets
• Analyse market trends to inform business strategy and identify growth areas
• Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategy with operational delivery
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
