ABOUT US:

We are a well-established interior design company based in Dubai, specializing in creative and innovative design solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our business growth and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the interior design sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the Joinery/Fit-out industry (Experience is mandatory).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the interior design sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai interior design market, trends, and competitors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Must be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue and expand the company’s footprint in the UAE.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the interior design market, including high-profile clients and projects.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients, contractors, architects, and industry influencers.
  • Lead proposal preparation, presentations, and project bids to secure new business.
  • Handle negotiations and ensure favorable contract terms.
  • Collaborate closely with design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
