Key Responsibilities: Develop key account management. Be knowledgeable with company technology (training to be provided). Understand business models and consistently seek new opportunities. Research and bid for sports and entertainment events in Jordan. Develop good relationships with all relevant government agencies. Develop good relationships with all venues in Jordan. Actively attend all large scale events and constantly be aware of the competition Motivate and monitor sales teams set road plans to deliver sales targets in the future. Bachelor university degree. Experience in leading a sales team and people management skills. Experience in the event industry in Jordan. Excellent communications skills. Flexibility regarding working hours. Social person to maintain key clients relationships. Ability to set budgets and track team performance. Driving license. Fluency in English/Arabic. A dynamic and inclusive work environment.
