We are looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience specifically targeting High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals within affluent communities. Relevant industry experience is crucial and includes, but is not limited to, luxury real estate, collectible automobiles, high-end jewelry, comprehensive financial and estate planning, or sophisticated insurance and legal advisory services.
This individual must be a self-starter, adept at navigating ambiguity and independently building a strong sales pipeline. This will involve actively cultivating local partnerships, attending key community events and professional mixers, and effectively converting inbound leads. This pivotal role offers a highly attractive compensation package comprising a competitive base salary and uncapped commission potential.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong networking acumen and a proven ability to forge meaningful, lasting relationships
  • Deep understanding of the luxury market and the unique buying psychology of affluent clients
  • Demonstrated success selling products or services in high-value, relationship-driven luxury sectors, which may include (but are not limited to): luxury real estate, private banking/wealth management, high-end jewelry, collectible cars/art, bespoke travel, or exclusive legal/financial advisory services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoho CRM, and related software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong drive to achieve results with minimal supervision
  • The passion and drive to deliver an exceptional level of achievements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR track record of successful sales leadership experience required.
  • At least ten years of sales experience required

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within target luxury demographics and exclusive communities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies utilizing a blend of sophisticated inbound and proactive outbound tactics.
  • Cultivate and leverage strategic partnerships with complementary luxury service providers (e.g., private wealth managers, estate planners, luxury auto dealers, high-end jewelers, art consultants, yacht brokers).
  • Actively network and represent the company at exclusive local and industry events, private club mixers, golfing events, and philanthropic functions to expand influence and generate referrals.
  • Effectively qualify and convert inbound inquiries and leads generated through high-touch marketing campaigns.
  • Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals and their advisors, acting as a trusted consultant rather than just a salesperson.
  • Understand the unique lifestyle, investment goals, and discreet needs of luxury clients to tailor personalized real estate solutions.
  • Facilitate seamless introductions and handovers to our expert sales and listing teams once a qualified opportunity is established.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify emerging luxury neighborhoods, investment trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Provide valuable insights to the leadership team on market shifts, client preferences, and potential new service offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of sophisticated marketing materials and pitches that resonate with a high-end clientele.
  • Conducting Security Site Assessments to best understand a client’s current program (if any), threats, vulnerabilities, risks, and desired outcomes
