You will be responsible for managing strategic initiatives, building partnerships, coordinating teams across different regions, and implementing a data-driven approach to decision-making. Responsibilities Lead and develop the Partner Relationship Managers team, ensuring growth and retention targets are achieved while maintaining high client and partner satisfaction Monitor team performance, track KPIs, provide coaching and feedback, and support the continuous development of team members Develop and execute country-specific marketing and business development strategies aligned with company objectives Manage the department budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control Support senior management in developing and implementing strategic initiatives Lead departmental projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as the primary escalation point when needed Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members Prepare regular reports on performance, challenges, and business opportunities Requirements Proven experience as a Business Development Manager with a strong track record in scaling businesses Experience in building and leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments Successful execution of business development strategies aligned with company goals Ability to collaborate across teams and drive regional or multi-departmental cooperation Strong knowledge of local regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements Ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret data, and generate reports for decision-making Strong market awareness, with the ability to track competitor activities and industry trends Knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian and English language is required Being located in South Africa or willing to work from this region Will be a plus Experience in the FinTech industry We offer 15 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick leave days per year 10 public holidays Medical budget Professional education budget Language learning budget Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear, and related expenses)
