About the RoleK4 Group is looking for a strong Business Development Manager to drive new business for our Cleaning division.We are looking for a genuine hunter who can identify new opportunities, open doors, build relationships and personally generate and close recurring and multi-site Cleaning contracts.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and secure new Cleaning and Soft FM business across the UAE.
Develop relationships with property management companies, developers, hotels, holiday home operators, residential communities, offices, retail and multi-site clients.
Proactively prospect, identify decision-makers and create new business opportunities.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
Identify opportunities for Cleaning, Soft FM, Hard FM, AMC and Maintenance services.
