Our platform helps letting agents, surveyors, landlords, conveyancers, and other property professionals stay compliant with UK property licensing regulations, avoid costly fines, and streamline operations.
Our product is excellent, and people buy it! We have a tried and test sales playbook, and will continue to do the basics right, however we are constantly researching the latest AI tools in order to supercharge our sales team. This is a role where you will earn lots, and learn more.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a BDM, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and closing deals. Your focus will be on selling our property licensing software to mid-to-enterprise-level clients in the PropTech sector. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Work closely with SDRs and marketing to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. We want you closing deals, not cold calling!

Sales & Closing Deals:

  • Conduct sales discovery calls, product demos, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Understand customer pain points and effectively position our solution as the ideal fix.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and hit revenue targets.

Market & Customer Insights:

  • Stay updated on property licensing laws and PropTech trends to position our product effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback to help shape product development and improve sales strategies.

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to drive renewals and upsells.
  • Partner with customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and implementation process.
