Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional with experience in the powered access or plant hire industry? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing provider of access solutions as a Business Development Manager for the Swindon region.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a confident and results-oriented Business Development Manager to take the lead in growing sales across our powered access equipment range. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and managing key accounts to increase market share in the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, facilities managers, and construction firms
  • Offer expert consultation on powered access solutions tailored to client needs
