Keystone Engineering is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Baton Rouge office team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS in Marketing or Engineering degree.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in industrial services, preferably from the consulting engineering field.
• Have a technical aptitude to understand project management and engineering & construction terminology.
• Previous background in project management and/or technical engineering positions helpful.
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced motivation, organized, and solution advocate
• Attention to detail

• Provide regional support to the Keystone Business Development Corporate Team supporting new and existing clients for our Baton Rouge, Louisiana Engineering Office.
• Promote the full range of services offered through Keystone Engineering & Affiliate Companies.
• Focus on the multi-discipline consulting engineering services market utilized by clients in the downstream petrochemical manufacturing and mid-stream oil & gas sectors.
• Represent Keystone in business and project delivery matters with the utmost integrity.

• Instill confidence with our clients that we take pride in our work and relationships.
• Learn and represent the scale of projects, where we are effective and how collaboration within the organization can tap additional resources for larger pursuits.
