Description

We require a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager with the set of knowledge and deep understanding of legal services, practice areas, and industry trends. She/ He must possess a Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in business development within the “LEGAL INDUSTRY”. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a proven track record of achieving business development targets.

  • Thinker Capable of developing and executing strategic business plans to drive growth.
  • Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client engagement.
  • Planning - Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand the firm`s client base.
  • Client Relationship- Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to identify their needs and promote the firm`s services.
  • Research - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor industry trends.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with attorneys to support their business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and pitch strategy.
  • Networking - Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to enhance the firm`s visibility and reputation
