Role Purpose
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the strategic growth of Knights Bridge Global Security LLC by securing new business opportunities across the security, lifeguard, customer service, facility management, and event management sectors. This senior leadership role demands a proven track record in developing long-term client relationships, leading large-scale tendering processes, and achieving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence targets in alignment with corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Strategy
· Develop and execute the business development strategy in line with the company’s growth objectives.
· Identify, pursue, and secure high-value contracts in guarding, lifeguard services, customer service, facility management, and event security.
· Lead the expansion of the company into new sectors and markets within the UAE.
· Ensure all business development activities support revenue growth, profitability, and sustainability goals.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients, consultants, government entities, and strategic partners.
· Lead negotiations of high-value contracts, MOUs, and partnership agreements.
· Ensure superior client satisfaction and long-term partnerships through proactive account management.
3. Contracts & Tenders
· Lead the preparation, submission, and negotiation of tenders, bids, and RFPs.
· Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, PSBD/SIRA requirements, and company policies.
· Oversee contract lifecycle management, including renewals, extensions, and amendments.
4. Operational & Financial Leadership
· Champion revenue, profit, and operational efficiency targets.
· Work closely with Operations, HR, and Finance to align manpower supply, cost management, and service delivery with client requirements.
· Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
5. Team Leadership & Development
· Lead, mentor, and inspire the business development team to achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets.
· Foster a performance-driven culture through KPIs, accountability, and continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Finance, and Compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Requirements
* Experience:
Minimum 5 years of Business Development Manager experience in the UAE security guarding industry and event management.
10+ years of GCC experience in related fields (security, manpower, facility management, event management).
Proven success in securing and managing large-scale security contracts, including lifeguard and customer service roles.
Strong background in contracts, tenders, and event security business development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Age: 35 –45 years.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
Strong financial acumen and ability to drive revenue and profit growth.
Excellent knowledge of UAE security regulations (PSBD, SIRA)
Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and operational excellence.
