Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM)
to lead our AWS Cloud Services sales efforts in the UAE and GCC region. The ideal
candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS offerings and a strong track record of
selling cloud-based solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and managing
end-to-end AWS cloud sales cycles, from prospecting to closure.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B AWS cloud sales
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services, pricing models, and solution selling

techniques

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end AWS cloud sales cycles
  • Experience working in or selling to clients in the UAE/GCC region
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • AWS Sales or Technical Certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions

Architect – Associate)

  • Background in IT services, cloud consulting, or managed services
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads for AWS cloud services
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for AWS-based solutions
  • Manage the complete sales process – from lead generation, proposal development,

and presentations to contract negotiation and closure

  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, IT heads, and procurement

teams

  • Collaborate with pre-sales/technical teams to deliver tailored AWS solutions
  • Keep up with AWS service updates and incorporate them into client conversations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools
  • Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in

the region
