We are hiring for a Business Development Manager (Saudi National) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role reports to Commercial Lead KSA. The role As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our portfolio by directly acquiring new customers. You will leverage your skills to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth. Responsibilities Build pipeline and enhance relationships with prospects Ensure long-term profitability and quality of customer portfolio throught proper policy Terms and Conditions Reach targets of portfolio growth and quality Create a pipeline (self prospection) in line with target profile Convert leads generated/received Take personal responsibility for the implementation of group-wide quality of service standards Analyze prospect needs and business model to build the policy properly Collect all necessary information and follow up with commercial and risk uw on quotation and prechecks Ensure that the prospect has full udnerstanding of policy coverage and processes before signing Comply with commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio Qualification Bachelor's degree in business related discipline. What You Bring Previous experience in Sales or Business Development, preferrably in Insurance. Other sectors such as Corporate Banking, Financial Services is an advantage Market knowledge Expert know-how in the specifics of the market Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to mid-large clients,market players and opinion leader Strong Business Acumen Business expertise Ability to generate and convert leads Results-driven, Ability to work with targets and KPIs Sound understanding of Finance and Accountin Basic understanding of commonly used Generative AI / GenAI / Generative Artificial Intelligence platforms such as ChatGPT, as well as an awareness of best practices and the potential risks associated with AI in the workplace to apply. Interpersonal skills and Personal Attributes Ability to liaise with members of other core functions Strong negotiation skill Fluency in English and Arabic Motivated, passionate, and driven to succeed Willingness to learn and adapt Proactive, creative, goal-oriented and hands-on
