We are hiring a KSA Branch Manager to lead and oversee our commercial operations in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing the KSA commercial team, ensuring alignment with company strategy, and supporting business growth through strong leadership, coordination, and market understanding. The position plays a critical role in representing the company in KSA, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring commercial targets are met in line with regional objectives at NOK Human Capital. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for the KSA commercial team. Manage, support, and monitor the performance of the commercial team (4 direct reports). Ensure alignment with company strategy, objectives, and commercial targets. Support the team in client engagement, negotiations, and relationship management when required (without direct selling responsibility). Handle administrative and operational coordination related to the KSA branch. Prepare reports and updates for senior management. Ensure compliance with local Saudi business regulations, practices, and internal company policies. Requirements 7–12 years of experience in commercial management, business development, or sales leadership roles. Proven experience managing and supporting commercial teams. Strong understanding of the Saudi market and business environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to support sales and commercial activities without direct involvement in selling. Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills. Very good command of English. Arab nationality is required (Saudi nationality is not mandatory). Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
