As a Business Development Manager specializing in IT outsourcing services, you will be entrusted with overseeing the entire sales cycle to drive successful client acquisition. How You Can Contribute 1. Lead Generation: - Initiate and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential clients interested in IT outsourcing services. - Utilize various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry partnerships, to expand the client base. 2. Client Qualification: - Conduct thorough assessments to qualify potential clients, ensuring alignment with the company's services and values. - Analyze client requirements and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs. 3. Winning Strategy Identification: - Develop winning strategies by understanding client pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling value propositions and differentiation strategies. 4. Presales Process Leadership: - Lead the presales process, coordinating efforts between the sales and delivery teams. - Engage with technical experts to understand the feasibility of proposed solutions and incorporate insights into client proposals. 5. Proposal and Quotation Coordination: - Collaborate closely with the delivery team to develop detailed proposals, quotations, and project scopes that align with client expectations. - Ensure timely delivery of comprehensive and accurate documents to enhance the client's decision-making process. 6. Pitching Process Leadership: - Take charge of the pitching process, orchestrating persuasive presentations to showcase the company's capabilities and solutions. - Address client queries effectively and adapt presentations to highlight unique selling points. 7. Quotation and Contract Negotiation: - Collaborate closely with the delivery team to generate detailed quotations and project scopes that mirror agreed-upon solutions. - Navigate contract negotiations with finesse, aiming for terms beneficial to both the company and clients. 8. Account Manager Post-Win: - Assume the role of an account manager post-client acquisition, nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships. - Act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities for upselling or additional services. 9. Market Insight and Feedback: - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to continuously refine sales strategies. - Collect and analyze client feedback, incorporating insights into future business development approaches. 10. Sales Reporting: - Prepare regular sales reports, tracking key performance indicators and providing insights for strategic decision-making. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales progress on SD. What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution 1. Educational Background: - Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. 2. Experience: - 3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the software outsourcing industry. - Proven track record of successfully selling software outsourcing services, such as software engineering teams, software support teams, or software talent acquisition to international clients. 3. Skills and Competencies: - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and negotiate with decision-makers. - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, including trends and requirements in the software outsourcing industry. - Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients. - Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools. 4. Technical Knowledge: - Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies to effectively communicate with technical teams and clients. - Familiarity with different software outsourcing models and their benefits. 5. Personal Attributes: - Highly motivated and goal-driven, with a proactive approach to business development. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Customer-oriented, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 6.
