This individual will serve as a key business partner, working closely with lawyers across offices to develop, execute, and enhance marketing and client development strategies. The team advises on all facets of labor relations, employment counseling, litigation, investigations, and workplace policies, serving clients across industries and jurisdictions with a combination of deep subject-matter expertise and practical business insight. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with practice leadership and partners to develop and execute initiatives that drive revenue and strengthen client relationships. This includes leading the preparation of strategic pitches and RFPs, coordinating the practice’s participation in conferences and high-impact events, and developing programs that enhance visibility, showcase thought leadership, and expand the firm’s client base. The Manager will play a central role in identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow existing relationships and generate new business across the Labor & Employment practice.
