JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager for our Landscape Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new products, and executing strategic marketing and branding initiatives. The role will involve building our product line of landscape products, generating sales, and ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals.

ABOUT US:

Our portfolio includes high-quality landscaping, play, and leisure products, such as play equipment, street furniture, and sports courts. Serving the B2B landscape construction industry, we specialize in delivering innovative solutions for large-scale projects through strategic partnerships with global principals.

MANDATORY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent Communication Skills – Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Sound Knowledge of Local Market Conditions – Understand the trends and competitive landscape within the local market.
  • Logical & Mathematical Skills – Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Good Negotiation Skills – Ability to negotiate effectively with clients, suppliers, and partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related area (preferably in landscaping ).
  • Ability to lead and work independently with a proactive mindset.
