As we continue our global expansion, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead growth across Latin America and Globally. You’ll play a key role in driving user acquisition, trading activity, and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and on-the-ground engagement. What You’ll Do • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to drive growth in user base and trading volumes. • Build and nurture relationships with partners, affiliates, influencers, and key stakeholders across the region. • Manage end-to-end affiliate and partnership workflows: outreach, onboarding, tracking, and optimization. • Conduct due diligence on potential partners to ensure brand, compliance, and growth alignment. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to coordinate campaigns, activations, and promotional strategies. • Support acquisition and relationship management of institutional and high-net-worth clients. • Track and analyze performance data to ensure growth targets are met and ROI is maximized. • Represent Freedx at online and offline events, building visibility within the trading and crypto community. • At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth - ideally within financial services, fintech, or crypto. • Proven ability to identify and close partnership opportunities. • Strong network and understanding of the LATAM, and global financial or trading landscape. • Fluency in Spanish and English. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Self-driven, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. • (Bonus) Knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, exchanges, or trading platforms. • Remote-first flexibility and regional autonomy. • Flexible payment options - choose to be paid in traditional currency or cryptocurrency. • High-impact environment - your work directly shapes our growth and success. • Close collaboration with the founders, experienced leaders and cross-functional teams. • Opportunity to help define and execute the LATAM as well as Global growth strategy for a rapidly expanding exchange. • Competitive compensation package and performance-based incentives.
