QUALIFICATIONS

  • A law degree is a plus; otherwise, a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is required,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in the legal sector),
  • Strong network and understanding of the LATAM market, especially Argentina,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Spanish and English,
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results,
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead generation strategies is a plus.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Business Development Manager (LATAM) to join our dynamic team.
  • This remote position is ideal for a candidate who is fluent in Spanish and English.
    Note: The candidate has the flexibility to choose to work according to either the Pacific Time Zone (PT) or the Central Time Zone (CT).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the LATAM region, particularly in Argentina,
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders,
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and client acquisition,
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion,
  • Collaborate with our legal and marketing teams to enhance client engagement and lead generation,
  • Represent the firm at industry events, networking opportunities, and online forums.
