JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a master’s degree in marketing is preferred
• Minimum 15 years of experience in business development and marketing related roles
• Minimum 15 years of experience working in regional environment is preferred
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering commercial growth
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel (if required)
• Multilingual fluency is essential to liaise with global clients and business partners

• Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies aligned with business growth targets
• Position and build the company brand
• Drive lead generation and client acquisition campaigns using both digital and offline marketing channels
• Build strategic partnerships with insurers, industry partners, and ecosystem players to expand reach and influence
• Create and manage marketing content and thought leadership to support sales and client engagement
• Track marketing performance and ROI through clear KPIs, ensuring alignment with sales and business development goals
