REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, or related industries in the GCC.
  • Strong network and understanding of the UAE/GCC exhibition and events industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the UAE and GCC market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall expansion strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in exhibitions, events, and experiential marketing across the GCC.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the design and operations team to create tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
