THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager who will play a critical role in driving revenue by bringing in new projects and winning bids. This position requires a proven track record in securing contracts, building client/vendor partnerships, and generating consistent business growth.

Responsibilities

· Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new projects to meet growth targets.
· Lead the end-to-end proposal process: strategy, writing, editing, submission, and delivery.
· Develop persuasive proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other opportunities.
· Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and decision-makers to expand partnerships.
· Conduct market research to identify new business channels and stay ahead of competitors.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
