As a BDM in Property Management, you’ll focus on growing our rental portfolio through proactive lead generation, relationship building, and expert knowledge of the local rental market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive new property management business through prospecting and networking
• Convert landlord enquiries into signed management agreements
• Deliver compelling listing presentations and tailored marketing strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and referral partners
• Stay current on rental trends and market conditions
• Represent LJ Hooker Sunbury with professionalism at all times
