Business Development Manager - Cyber Security Services Organisation
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 Double OTE

My client are a leading cybersecurity solutions provider helping organisations protect their assets from evolving threats. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a growing team as they continue year on year growth.
You will be at the forefront of their growth strategy that would identify, pursue and close new business opportunities across various sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitches for Cybersecurity services
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with lead generation goals
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership team
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • Work with product and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Stay on trend with emerging Cyber Security and technologies

Experience/Skills

  • Strong understanding of Cyber Security technologies and Services
  • Background in Business Development/Sales in Cybersecurity or IT
  • Proven Track Record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience of selling to mid market and enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving ability
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems
  • Self motivated, results driven, and able to work independently and part of a team

This role is on a remote basis with some visits to the office in South Yorkshire or Manchester.
Salary is paying between £40,000-£45,000 with double OTE
