We’re expanding our footprint in North America and are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and lead regional expansion initiatives from our Vancouver hub.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the telecom, VoIP, or tech sector
  • Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, carrier relations, or voice termination markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Vancouver, BC

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Existing relationships with telecom carriers or enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integrations, SIP routing, or cloud PBX systems
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the VoIP, telecom, and enterprise communication sectors
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies focused on wholesale voice, SMS, SIP trunking, and cloud-based telephony
  • Build strong client relationships through regular engagement, presentations, and solution-selling
  • Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, deal negotiation, closing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with the global operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Track sales KPIs, market trends, and competitor activities to guide strategic decision-making
  • Represent LotusTelco at local and international industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
