Description
Develop and manage an effective project pipeline (Project Sales) and ensuring that you regularly update the company's CRM package. Provide solutions to customers based on their business needs and your specialized product/market knowledge. Achieve profit plan (budget) through orders, sales, price, profitability, and growth within their territory. Build and maintain relationships with the assigned customer base, being the conduit of information, including product updates, price movements, technical updates and required reporting in line with company requirements and guidelines. Identify and qualify new customers and opportunities in the territory to achieve organizational growth targets. Identify and influence specifications and procurement of key projects in line with the company's strategic objectives. 5 to 10 years of experience in a sales role preferably in electrical Medium and Low Voltage industry. Sound knowledge of industrial applications Superior knowledge of sales techniques, customers, customer relations, personnel development, in-depth knowledge of products, product applications and specifiers. Strong communication abilities to define target projects, capital expenditures and identify prime opportunities. Track record of planning and managing the sales resources
