As we continue expanding in Italy, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales of our Loyalty Solutions across key industries like retail, travel, telco, and finance.

Candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales loyalty programs, CRM, martech, or SaaS solutions
• Strong network in retail, finance, telco, or travel industries in Italy
• Experience in selling B2B tech solutions (software, cloud, digital platforms)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Fluent in Italian & English (written and spoken)

Your responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients in Italy for our loyalty and engagement solutions.
• Build relationships with decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of Loyalty, Digital Transformation Leaders).
• Consultative selling and understand client needs and present tailored loyalty solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, consultants, marketing) to create winning proposals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in customer engagement and loyalty.
