As we continue expanding in Italy, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales of our Loyalty Solutions across key industries like retail, travel, telco, and finance.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients in Italy for our loyalty and engagement solutions.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of Loyalty, Digital Transformation Leaders).
  • Consultative selling and understand client needs and present tailored loyalty solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, consultants, marketing) to create winning proposals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in customer engagement and loyalty.
