KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Proven experience in business development, ideally within environmental consultancy, ESG, or risk management.
• Solid understanding of the environmental advisory service including some technical background offering due diligence, sustainability reporting, or compliance services.
• Experience selling service-based solutions and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Skilled in sales qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDICC) and methodologies (e.g. SPIN, Challenger).
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft 365.
• Willing to travel across the UK.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
