KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth families in a private advisory, education consultancy, or family office environment.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the UK education system, including school and university entry requirements.
  • Strong understanding of UK and international immigration systems and CBI options.
  • Fluent in English, Turkish and Farsi (spoken and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • High degree of discretion and cultural sensitivity.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; qualifications in education, international relations, law, or similar fields are preferred.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the UK education system, including elite boarding schools and university entrance pathways. They will also have strong familiarity with immigration pathways including visa options and Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programmes. Fluency in English, Farsi and Turkish is essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with Middle Eastern clients and families.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Design and implement revenue growth strategies

· Identify and develop relationships with new HNW and UHNW families and potential clients, particularly in the Middle Eastern market.

  • Provide expert advice on UK boarding schools, universities, entrance processes, and educational planning for students.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Guide clients through the application processes for top-tier schools and universities.
  • Coordinate with legal and immigration experts as required.
  • Attend client meetings and manage long-term relationships with UHNW families.
  • Represent the family office at high-level networking events, conferences, and private functions.
  • Support the marketing team with culturally relevant strategies to attract Persian-speaking clientele.
  • Travel to Middle East to assist the families with their enquiries as/ when needed
  • Competent use of Outlook, Microsoft excel, CRM systems
