Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + commission (OTE £65,000+)

Do you have a proven track record in scaling a rent-a-car business and building profitable B2B partnerships? QDrive Performance is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across our luxury mobility services. This role is ideal for someone with existing contacts in the car rental, mobility, or travel industry who can hit the ground running and accelerate QDrive’s expansion.

  • Proven Industry Experience: 3+ years in business development for a car rental, fleet, or mobility company.
  • Network Ready: You bring established contacts across travel, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
  • Track Record: Demonstrable success in scaling accounts and delivering revenue growth.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiator with a results-driven mindset.
  • Leadership Potential: Ability to shape sales strategy and grow into a senior leadership role.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel across London and internationally for partner meetings and events.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire and grow B2B accounts with hotels, corporate clients, travel agents, and affiliates.
  • Leverage your existing network to open doors quickly and secure long-term contracts.
  • Develop commercial partnerships that deliver sustained revenue growth.
  • Present tailored solutions, from self-drive rentals to chauffeur and corporate mobility programmes.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and flawless delivery for partners.
  • Attend key trade shows (ATM, WTM, ITB, ILTM) and represent QDrive in the luxury travel and mobility sector.
  • Provide strategic input to senior leadership on market trends and growth opportunities.
