Business Development Manager Home based with travel to sites £60k plus bonus Our client is a UK wide based, luxury property management company specialising in prime and super-prime residential and hospitality developments. They provide end-to-end solutions — from consultancy and project development to day-to-day operations — all tailored to the specific needs of each development. Services include managing amenities such as spas, private wellness clubs, bars, resident lounges, gym and pool facilities, events, nutrition and fitness programs, and bespoke hospitality spaces. Job Purpose As the Business Development Manager, you will be the key lead growing the footprint in the market. You will work alongside the senior team in mapping and delivering our business-to-business approach, building sustainable, long-lasting relationships that lead to an increase in new business. Key Accountabilities: • Lead the delivery of strategic business development plan that supports our client becoming a key stakeholder within the market. • Identify key market opportunities for partnership through research and business analysis. • BDM will self-generate leads and will be responsible for setting appointments with key corporate stakeholders and decision makers. • You will be a key representative for our client in the corporate market, you will have a first-class understanding of the our client project across the UK and will be a key player in selling the benefits of the business. • Attend appointments remotely and set appointments onsite with decision makers that lead to partnership deals. • Become an industry expert – gather and review market intelligence enabling sound strategic business development decisions to be made. • Represent the business at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, networking events, building enduring relationships with a diverse relevant audience from big businesses to educational institutions.
