For our Coburg Headquarter in the International Marketing Departement we are looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Crafts & Small Workshops

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in mechanical engineering, business administration or similar
  • Extended professional experience in business development, technical customer support or strategic market development necessary in crafts and small workshops
  • fluent English language skills are essential, fluent German language skills are desirable
  • skills in other languages are welcome
  • you have a passion for technology
  • you are well-organized, result-oriented, customer-focused and you have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • an established network of contacts within the industry is desirable
Responsibilities
  • you conduct continuous market monitoring and prepare market studies
  • you identify application requirements from the market and branches and evaluate them with regard to the establishment or expansion of business fields
  • you develop sector-specific business models, identify new business fields and further develop existing business fields
  • you search for and evaluate emerging markets; you identify potential customers and business segments
  • you establish and/or expand segment marketing
  • you define industry and sector key figures and ensure implementation
  • you introduce or further develop standardized sales controlling and, if necessary, you adapt or develop strategies to increase sales successes
  • in cooperation with product managers and sales units, you develop requirement profiles for possible product developments and you accompany the product development process
  • you establish and expand business relationships with key customers
