As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for driving new business by identifying and acquiring high-potential B2B partners. You will build strong client relationships, manage a robust sales pipeline, and consistently exceed revenue targets through strategic prospecting and deal execution. About the Role Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship building. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners and manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure. Act as a trusted advisor for external partners, ensuring long-term relationships and resolving commercial issues. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for internal stakeholders. Manage P&L performance for assigned accounts, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless execution between internal teams. Use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize commercial strategies. Support strategic projects for local and international teams, including new routes, pricing models, and network expansion. Apply quantitative analysis and competitor benchmarking to maximize market penetration. About You Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Economics, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development with a strong focus on B2B hunting and new client acquisition. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding commercial targets. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data. Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
