Job Description Key account business development on digital transformation topics combines prospecting, full sales cycle management and internal ecosystem facilitation. This role is part of our 2030 strategy and is aimed at an experienced Business Development Manager looking to contribute to our growth. 💡 YOUR MISSIONS As a Business Development Manager (M/F), you are a key player in supporting our growth by developing strong relationships with major accounts and structuring complex sales approaches. Business development & key account portfolio: Prospect and qualify new leads Develop strategic accounts (TOP 10 sector) Conduct major business meetings Retain clients by identifying new opportunities Sales cycle – management and coordination: Lead pre-sales end to end: requirements gathering and formalisation, proposal development, negotiation, contractualisation, assignment monitoring, invoicing, activity reporting Prepare and lead client presentations in collaboration with the internal ecosystem (consultants, managers, experts) Work in synergy with practices and offering directors to ensure strategic alignment Sourcing and talent management: Manage the network of partners and independent consultants Support and train less experienced business development engineers or colleagues on assignment/between assignments Participate in recruitment (qualification, interviews, onboarding) Performance & impact: Achieve a strong level of performance in lead conversion Drive fluid and reliable commercial reporting (portfolio tracking, pipeline, KPIs) Contribute to the structuring and professionalisation of the firm's commercial practices Qualifications You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or university. You have 3 to 7 years of experience as a sales engineer or business developer, including at least 3 years at a consulting firm on similar activities (product management, digital transformation, high-value B2B services). You master the entire business development cycle, from prospecting to client retention, on long and complex sales cycles. You know how to structure and manage ambitious account plans, develop, lead, and support commercial and operational teams. You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy teamwork in an entrepreneurial setting, and appreciate having a visible impact. You are comfortable in high-level interactions with decision-makers (C-level, CIO, business departments), and demonstrate autonomy, attention to detail, and responsiveness. You are interested in IT, digital, data, or organizational topics and demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis skills. You enjoy taking on challenges and want to actively contribute to the growth of a recognized group on the market.
