Business Development Manager (m/w/d) Automotive & Industrie

Purpose and objective of the position: Looking for a new job?

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Automotive & Industry for our client on a direct placement basis.

Your tasks:

• Acquiring new customers and expanding existing business relationships in the automotive, industrial and service sectors.
• Development and implementation of sales strategies to tap into new market potential.
• Conducting customer meetings, presentations, and contract and price negotiations.
• Customer support and development, including identification of cross-selling and upselling potential.
• Close collaboration with internal departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Responsibility for achieving sales targets, maintaining CRM data, and supporting tendering and offer processes.
• Analysis of market and customer developments for the further development of the sales strategy.

You bring the following with you:

• Very good German and English skills
• Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in B2B sales with a focus on new customer acquisition and customer development
• Experience in the automotive and industrial services sectors or comparable fields is an advantage.
• Proven success in acquiring and developing customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills at various decision-making levels
• A customer-oriented approach
• Safe handling of CRM systems
• High willingness to travel within Germany
• Driving licence class B
