Ready to change the market?
As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d), you will be independently responsible for the entire sales cycle: from strategic lead identification to closing deals with B2B clients in the German market. You will work in a six-person sales team with flat hierarchies and have a real impact on our growth strategy.
You will define your own market segment, further develop our outbound strategy together with the team, and actively contribute to expanding our market position. Sound like you? Then we look forward to receiving your application, including a brief overview of a deal you are particularly proud of.
What you can achieve with us:
- You independently identify strategic growth potential and build a high-quality B2B pipeline – with a clear focus on outbound marketing.
- You are responsible for demanding sales cycles from the initial contact with new clients through negotiations to the conclusion of the contract.
- You build sustainable relationships with your clients throughout the often long sales cycles and remain a reliable contact person throughout all decision-making phases.
- You manage strategic sales projects such as tenders and actively contribute to the optimization of our processes.
- You work closely with internal teams from Integration and Legal and provide market feedback directly into product development.
- You will represent PAIR Finance at trade fairs and relevant industry events.
What you should bring with you:
- Demonstrable success in B2B sales with independent closing – ideally in the FinTech, LegalTech or similarly regulated environment.
- Experience with complex, longer sales cycles and the ability to confidently manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- A pronounced consultative sales approach: you listen carefully, understand demanding requirements, and develop solutions that truly fit.
- Ideally, an existing network in relevant industries: financial services, e-commerce, insurance or telecommunications.
- Good technical understanding - you make complex solutions tangible and convincing for decision-makers.
- Fluent German skills, very good business English, and knowledge of another European language are an advantage.
- At PAIR Finance, we employ people who not only value customer centricity, transparency, and integrity, but act accordingly. This is coupled with a genuine desire to move things forward – not sometime in the future, but now. If this resonates with you, we look forward to getting to know you.
