JOB OVERVIEW
The Business Development will build the resellers channel and manage relationships in the related territory. Successful candidates must be passionate and proactive in driving channel development, accountability, and sales growth.

· Developing the customers mainly at the Reseller level and increasing sales and SOW.
· Create strategies and maximize sell-through of products within channels.
· Closely manage and enable the channel performance related to pipeline growth, partner team alignment, forecast accuracy, etc.
· Identify key sales opportunities and manage sales against the target.
· Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.
· Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products.
· Weekly review of activities and pipeline. Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports, gap analyses, and regional market updates for internal review.
· Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills.
· Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows.
· Business travel is expected.
