Bloombase is building the leading ERP platform for cannabis dispensaries in Germany. Founded with the full-stack expertise of SnapNext and the industry backing of Cannamedical – one of the largest cannabis companies in the German-speaking world – we are developing B2B software that is fundamentally restructuring the cannabis business for ourselves and our customers.

• You identify and acquire specialized cannabis pharmacies as customers – from initial contact and product demos to closing the deal.
• You closely support the first pharmacies, gather feedback, and turn early users into genuine references.
• You will help build and expand relationships with telemedicine platforms and logistics partners (e.g., DHL, UPS) – a key lever of our network model.
• You will help develop the go-to-market story, sharpen the value proposition, and build the marketing activities from the ground up.
• You bring back to the team what the market really needs and help prioritize the product roadmap – in this phase, market feedback decides on the next features.
• You are comfortable working in a regulated environment (pharmacies, ApBetrO, GDPR) and know how to build trust in a sensitive industry.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in business development, sales or account management – ​​ideally for B2B/SaaS products requiring explanation.
• Demonstrable success in acquiring new customers, preferably in the early product/market launch environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both with customers and partners.
• Independent, entrepreneurial work style – you build where no finished processes yet exist.
• Very good German skills
