IT that connects. Culture that lasts.
We are OEDIV – partner for IT infrastructure and managed services for German SMEs. For 30 years, we have cultivated genuine connections by supporting our clients with in-depth technical expertise, flexibility, and true team spirit.
Our focus areas: Microsoft and SAP technologies, security, data & AI, all running on stable, scalable infrastructure.
As part of the Oetker Group, we stand for reliability, quality, and long-term partnerships – with our clients as well as our employees. With us, you'll find not only exciting projects but also an environment where you can truly make a difference. On equal footing. As a team. With you.
These are your tasks:
- You identify, qualify, and develop strategic channel partners as an indirect sales channel (e.g., technology partners, sales partners, referral partners) and build robust partnerships.
- Together with partners, you will develop go-to-market strategies, target customer approaches, and concrete sales initiatives, and implement these operationally, including value proposition and market development.
- You actively manage the generation, qualification and development of sales opportunities via the partner network and assume sales responsibility for co-sell models, deal registration, exclusive sales partnerships and the implementation of defined commercial models (e.g. commissions, margins, purchasing/sales models).
- You analyze the performance of your partner portfolio based on defined KPIs (e.g., revenue, pipeline, win rate, deal influence) and derive targeted measures for further development.
- You conduct regular strategy and status meetings with partners (quarterly and annual meetings) to ensure shared goals and growth strategies.
You bring the following:
- You have solid experience in IT sales, ideally in the areas of managed services, hosting, cloud or SAP, and you are familiar with the requirements of the enterprise environment.
- You bring practical experience in channel sales / partner management / indirect sales and understand different partner and sales models (e.g. co-sell, resell, referral).
- You have a broad network in channel sales as well as existing partnerships that you can use profitably at the beginning.
- You possess a very good understanding of sales processes and their strategic and operational development, especially in conjunction with marketing, product areas and delivery, and you can derive and use KPIs to manage sales and partner performance.
- You are characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A high willingness to travel and very good German and English skills complete your profile.
Here's what you can expect:
- A lived culture of informality and a company-wide sense of "we".
- Various after-work events
- Individual onboarding for new employees with company-wide welcome events and a data center tour.
- Diverse career and further training opportunities as well as external English and German lessons
- JobRad and bicycle parking spaces, a subsidized Germany and regional JobTicket, and excellent motorway access with free parking in the parking garage at the main Bielefeld location.
- Corporate benefits and discounts in the Dr. Oetker shop
- Various health measures (e.g., Mental Health First Aid Program) and ergonomic workplace equipment in a state-of-the-art working environment and air-conditioned offices.
- Through our subsidized corporate fitness program via Hansefit, you gain access to a wide range of sports, fitness and wellness offers.
- Accessible working environment in Bielefeld (disabled toilet, wide corridors and doors, disabled parking spaces, ground-level building, elevators)
- Comprehensive catering for your physical well-being: Free coffee specialties, chilled water and fresh fruit, as well as an in-house restaurant including breakfast at the main location in Bielefeld.
- For our other locations, the "Pluxee Restaurant Pass" with a nationwide partner network.
- An attractive salary package including company and collectively agreed pension schemes as well as holiday and Christmas bonuses.
- A permanent position with a standard 37-hour week (collectively agreed), or 40 hours (excluding collectively agreed).
- 30 vacation days, special vacation days as stipulated in the collective agreement, and additional vacation on December 24th and 31st.
