To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who identifies new market potential, supports strategic partnerships, and drives innovative business opportunities. In this key role, you will make a significant contribution to the further development of our company and the achievement of our growth targets.

Your tasks

• Identification, analysis and development of new business ideas and markets
• Development and implementation of growth and market entry strategies
• Monitoring of market, competitive and industry trends
• Development of business cases and profitability analyses
• Initiation and management of business development projects
• Interdisciplinary collaboration for the development of new business ideas
• Creation of management presentations, analyses and decision-making templates
• Monitoring of relevant KPIs and derivation of appropriate measures

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in business development, sales or consulting
• Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Very good business acumen
• Communication skills
• Independent, structured and results-oriented work style
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
