Our client is a leading manufacturing company in noise control solutions based in Wicklow. They are in an exciting growth phase and they are looking for ambitious sales executives to be part of this growing Irish company with an international focus.
Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Graduate or relevant job experience highly desirable

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

· Significant experience within the multinational sales environment, in particular solutions sales.
· Evidence of driving up revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
· Sound technical understanding of noise control technology & services
· Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
· Good knowledge in the Commercial Vehicle Industry or Manufacturing or related sectors, HVAC or Data Centers
· Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a Sales/Business Development role
· Proven experience of ‘selling’ into multinational companies, i.e., generating business, dealing with commercial issues, price negotiations etc.
· Good working knowledge of MS word, excel etc.
· Strong commercial focus and ambition.
· Proven ability to communicate professionally and to a high standard
· Full Clean driving licence

Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

The role holder is a Senior Professional responsible for their revenue targets selling into the Ireland and international Sales . They work as a key member of an account team in an assigned sector or account(s) to identify, design solutions, and sell products and services while providing a cost effective solution that satisfies the customer requirements. They are able to be the lead sales specialist during the complete sales process in selling and defending a standard or bespoke solution of significant value to a customer.
The role holder will have a technical understanding of our portfolio to be able to tailor solutions to customer requirements. He/she stays abreast of the latest customer and market developments and contributes to the functional strategy by applying this within the organisation. This role involves the establishment and maintenance of excellent business relationships at the appropriate levels with customer. Also key is meeting and exceeding activity and sales targets, whilst ensuring business growth, loyalty and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Evangelise our services and propositions in marketplace and with existing and new customers.
· To understand customer requirements, offer bespoke solutions tailored to their needs.
· To establish key customer relationships with the support of the customer contact strategy.
· Be regarded as one of our industry experts and thought leaders for their specialist areas.
· Position high margins re solutions selling
· Develop proposition new commercial models and compute customers’ specific results. Focus on delivering recurring revenue streams.
· Exploring and exploiting new sectors where there is the potential to develop
· Estimating/tendering projects as necessary
· Attending meetings, functions, trade expo’s etc. as deemed useful & beneficial
· Flexibility to undertake regular foreign business travel
· Breadth and depth of engagement with retention and acquisition customers.
· Completion of proposition, services and architect elements of tender responses.
· Build pipeline across Business and market segment proposition set. Achieve proposition and product targets.
· Expert feedback loop on strength of propositions to service development.
· To assist in forecasting business and market needs.
