  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of optimizing processes and increasing client satisfaction.

  • Proven experience of business partnering with operational teams, working collaboratively to align growth strategies with service delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead on the identification and development of new business opportunities in line with company growth strategy.
  • Attend relevant industry events, networking opportunities, and professional forums to promote the organisation’s services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling tenders, bids, and proposals for contracts and framework agreements with universities. Identify and pursue new student recruitment markets and partnership opportunities globally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas universities, colleges, and education providers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert inquiries into enrolments.
  • Train, supervise, and support student counsellor to meet performance targets.
  • Represent the company at international education fairs, seminars, and networking events.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and destination country updates to inform strategy.
  • Track and report on KPIs including inquiries, applications, conversions, and revenue.
