To date, we have raised €8 million, which has allowed us to offer even more innovative solutions to our clients, expand operations in Italy, and enter new markets (UK, Germany, USA.
Who we are looking for
Business Development Manager – Market Expansion
This is a role with a strong entrepreneurial dimension that is aimed at experienced sales profiles capable of demonstrating agility and goal-oriented mindset, who have already worked in a banking and/or technology sector in Germany.
This person, based in Germany, will report to the CEO and will be responsible for building successful partnerships with German Financial Institutions, acting as a leader in driving commercial excellence in daily operations and project work.

Some of the key responsibilities are:

  • Identifying New Business Opportunities across new markets and industries
  • Generate a pipeline of opportunities by sourcing new business through outbound strategy;
  • Close and build long-term relationship with the new clients;
  • Collaborate with the Management team and Product teams to optimize our customer experience;
  • Implementing Strategic Plans across the various sales channels
  • Document daily key activity with the aim of ensuring high data quality;
  • Provide marketing intelligence on competitor activity and market trends as requested

Requirements

  • What do you bring?Experience in Fintech
  • 6/7 years of sales management in Germany with a proven track record of overachieving targets
  • Fluent English and German Language
  • Strong process and project management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking
  • You have a positive, enthusiastic, and sociable personality
  • You want to work in a start-up
